The Quinoa Kale Burger is full of vegetables, like kale and broccoli. Perfect for your vegan burger or as an ingredient in a freshly made green salad.

Preparation

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Quinoa Kale Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 10 minutes.Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Quinoa Kale Burger over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave

Place the Quinoa Kale Burger on a plate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 1000 watt.
