Garden Gourmet Mixed Vegetable Ball tapas

1) Peel and dice the garlic. Mix the garlic, bell pepper, olive oil and basil and puree in a food processor to make a sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2) Clean the courgettes and use a parer to cut them into thin strips.

3) Wrap the courgette strips around the balls and stick them on tapas skewers. Coat the skewers with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes in a griddle pan or frying pan. Rotate regularly.

4) Bake the vegetable balls in a preheated oven (180°C) for 6 minutes. Rotate once in between. Or prepare in the frying pan: heat up butter and/or (olive) oil and fry the vegetable balls for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

5 )Serve the hot tapas with the bell pepper dip.
