1) Chop the pistachio nuts with the mini blender and mix with a pinch of cinnamon.
2) Divide the goat’s cheese into 8 pieces of 10 grams each and roll into balls. Roll the goat’s cheese balls in the nut crumbs.
3) Prepare the falafel according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, thread the apricot strips and the goat’s cheese balls on the cocktail stick. Stick each cocktail stick in a fried falafel and serve straight away.
