1) Heat the bread in the oven or pan and slice in half. In the meantime, fry the falafel following the instructions on the packaging.
2) Slice long strips of courgette with the cheese slice. Discard the core (the seeds).
3) Brush the courgette strips with oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and grill them.
4) Mix the yoghurt with the tomatoes and basil.
5) In each roll place some grilled courgette, a serving of lettuce or spinach, falafel and tomato-basil sauce.
